TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are to UK mainland addresses only.
All prices quoted by CASTREE KILNS are in £ Sterling.
We try to
ensure that the information shown on www.castreekilns.co.uk is as accurate as possible.
CASTREE KILNS cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site,
including but not limited to those regarding price. All products and
services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any
time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an
alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of CASTREE
KILNS until full payment is received.
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
The customer
is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and
notify CASTREE KILNS by phone or email of any fault or damage.
DELIVERY
We will
provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we shall not be liable
for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a
result of a delay in receiving your goods on the allocated day. For delivery
prices please see the relevant page of the website for up to date delivery
charges.
If you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be
required to pay a cancellation charge.
If a delivery is returned to us due to insifficent or incorrect delivery information, you may be liable for the costs of deliveries incurred, and a handling charge where necessary. We reserve the right to cancel orders, where we have attempted delivery and due to, insifficent or incorrect delivery information the item has failed. Any refunds of monies taken will be made to the original method of payment. If delivery is refused by the addressee the above charges will apply.
RETURNS
If you decide
you do not require the goods, they may be returned within 7 working days of
receiving them (at your own expense) for a full refund. Goods must be returned
in their original packaging unused and in perfect re-saleable condition. It is
the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged
in the event of any return.
Where a pre arranged agreed day has
been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at
the address to sign for the goods then the customer maybe liable to
pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after
the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation
charge.
FAULTY GOODS & GUARANTEES
If you have
any issue with items purchased from us in the first instance please do contact
us, we will always try to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
A response will be made within 7 working days. For all second hand or
reconditioned items there is a 90 day
guarantee in place (unless stated otherwise).
If you believe an item to be faulty, we may collect the item from you to
confirm that this is the case, If no fault is found a collection and inspection
fee may be charged.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
A deposit
payment of 70% is required to conirm an order on any bespoke
manufacturering. The remaining amount to be paid on arrange of
dispatch/delivery.
BACK ORDER POLICY
At the time
of ordering we will advise on stock levels and where necessary lead times on
back ordered items. We will arrange a dispatch date and at that point we
will dispatch all available items to you. We will not invoice for items
that are back ordered unless previously agreed. A further order will be
needed if you which to have these items at a later date. We can
delay dispatch until all items are in stock, however we wil not issue a
dispatch date until all items are in stock

PRICE CHANGES
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. To confirm prices please
contact us. We make every effort to keep prices on this website up to
date, however prices for some product change daily and therefore we cannot
always do so.
VAT REGISTRATION
As of 1st July 2009 we are VAT registered, A VAT invoice is available for all transactions after this date
