We have tried to keep carriage costs to a minimum by using our own vehicles or selected couriers to give you a good quality and economical service. All items should reach you within 2-5 working days, next day delivery is available at extra cost (see above). Orders must be placed by 12 noon for this service.

If access is very restricted you must let us know in advance as a special delivery vehicle may be needed.

Small materials are normally offloaded from the vehicle but are not usually taken into the customer's premises, unless otherwise agreed in advance. With some kilns special assistance may be required; this must be discussed and agreed with us in advance of delivery.

We deliver Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays as standard. Saturday delivery may be available at extra cost, please phone for a quote.

Delivery will be to the nearest practical point to the customer’s premises. Offloading and moving into position is however the customer's responsibility, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Some bulky items such as ceramic fibre may have a volume related carriage calculation rather than a weight related calculation when bulk purchased.

For overseas delivery please phone us and we will quote accordingly, the delivery times on overseas delivery vary and we will advise you,  it is not normally possible to track overseas deliveries. 

Please note our delivery fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
