Bladesmith Forges HIDDEN

We have three different models of Bladesmith forge available.  All are propane (LPG) fired and have a very sturdy folded 3mm steel shell.  All reach forge welding temperatures quickly due to several key features. The walls and ceilings use high quality, low thermal refractory lining which not only speeds up your production time but reduces fuel consumption.

 All of the Bladesmith Forges come with a dense refractory floor which holds the heat within the insulated chamber and resists manual wear and tear.  The high specification 1700°C material also resists attack by the flux's used to forge weld, but can easily replaced by the operator in a matter of minutes when needed.

All of our standard Bladesmith Forges have an opening at each end measuring 112mm wide x 88mm high.  This enable long lengths of material to be passed through the forge.
