All orders are to UK mainland addresses only.

All prices quoted by CASTREE KILNS are in £ Sterling.

We try to ensure that the information shown on www.castreekilns.co.uk is as accurate as possible. CASTREE KILNS cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price.  All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All goods remain the property of CASTREE KILNS until full payment is received.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify CASTREE KILNS by phone or email of any fault or damage.

DELIVERY

We will provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods on the allocated day. For delivery prices please see the relevant page of the website for up to date delivery charges.
If you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.

 
RETURNS

If you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a full refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect re-saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return.

FAULTY GOODS & GUARANTEES

If you have any issue with items purchased from us in the first instance please do contact us, we will always try to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.   A response will be made within 7 working days.  For all second hand or reconditioned items there is a 90 day
guarantee in place (unless stated otherwise).  If you believe an item to be faulty, we may collect the item from you to confirm that this is the case, If no fault is found a collection and inspection fee may be charged.
